Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Mr. Fawz Restaurant website and mobile application Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Placing Orders: When you place an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

Prices: All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment: We accept cash on delivery and secure online payments via PayHere. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, but delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery is available only within our designated delivery zones. We reserve the right to cancel orders that fall outside these zones.

Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as food preparation may have begun.

Refunds: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately for a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

In no event shall Mr. Fawz Restaurant, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
